This guest is the Founder and CEO of NLP Academy Australia. For those that haven’t heard of NLP before, it stands for Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and it’s a name that encompasses the three most influential components involved in producing human experience; neurology, language and programming. NLP methods include ‘modeling’ and ‘adopting’ the skills and behaviors of exceptional people, then using that to acquire your own goals and objectives.

Some of the topics we chat about include:

  • Four NLP action steps we can apply immediately
  • Behavioural integration
  • Understanding rapport and how to use it effectively
  • The definition of ‘anchoring’ and how to use it appropriately
  • And reframing the mind with a powerful technique to help us shift to excitement as opposed to negativity.

I present to you, the NLP master himself, Aaryn Longmore!
